This ten week class will focus on "Loosening Up" your technique. We will also work on color balance and the use of a limited pallette and at the end of each class there will be a critique. Beginning students as well as intermediate and advanced are encourage to attend.

Tuscany Workshop 2010

Come join Brian Murphy for a week's painting adventure in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. Learn how to loosen up your technique and create "Light Filled" paintings with a limited pallette.

Each day will include plein air painting in the amazing Tuscan hills, demonstrations by Brian and "one on one" instruction with each student. There will also be excursions to Siena and local hill towns as well as a chianti winery tour and tasting.

You will experience premier accomodations at the incredible newly refurbished San Fedele monastery and have breakfast and dinners prepared by our own personal chef, with wine included every evening.

Rehoboth Beach Plein Air Workshop

Join me for a three day "Plein Air" painting workshop in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. We will explore the environs around Rehoboth Beach and paint in the open air. A studio will be available in case of inclement weather. Oils or Acrylics are welcome and this workshop is suited for painters with some experience.
